Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Everything is set up from the dashboard: you write your business information, upload documents and connect WhatsApp with Meta's assistant. For the website chat you paste one line into your page.
What if the AI says something it shouldn't?
The agent only uses the information you give it and, if it doesn't have the answer, it hands the conversation to your team instead of making something up. And you start in training mode: nothing goes out until a person approves it.
Is it official WhatsApp?
Yes. We use the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta's Cloud API). Your number is connected to your own WhatsApp Business account; we don't use unauthorised apps.
Which languages does it answer in?
In the language each customer writes in: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian and many more. The dashboard is available in English and Spanish.
Where is my data?
On Amazon Web Services servers in Ireland (European Union). We comply with the GDPR and sign a data processing agreement with you.
How much do WhatsApp messages cost?
Replying to a customer who wrote to you in the last 24 hours is free on WhatsApp. Templates you start yourself are charged by Meta directly at its rates.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from the dashboard. There's no lock-in: you stop paying at the next renewal and keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
