Terms of service
Last updated: 28 October 2026
These terms govern the use of Atendia, a service of InScius S.L. (tax ID B21773460) for businesses and professionals. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your business.
1. The service
Atendia lets you answer your business's customers on WhatsApp, through your website chat and through other channels we add, helped by an artificial intelligence agent that uses the information you give it.
2. Trial, plans and payment
- The free trial lasts 14 days and needs no card. When it ends, the agent stops answering until you choose a plan.
- Plans are paid monthly in advance through Revolut. Published prices exclude VAT.
- You can cancel at any time from the dashboard: it will not renew and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Periods already started are not refunded.
- If a payment fails and is not resolved, we may suspend the service.
- Meta's charges for WhatsApp template messages are billed by Meta directly to your WhatsApp Business account.
3. Your obligations
- Use Atendia lawfully and comply with WhatsApp Business and Meta policies.
- Tell your customers that they may be answered by an AI system and how you process their data.
- Review the information you upload: the agent answers with it. You decide when to turn on automatic sending; until then a person on your team approves every reply.
- Do not use the service for spam, or to give personalised medical, legal or financial advice without professional supervision.
4. Artificial intelligence
AI answers may contain mistakes. That is why the service includes approval mode, hand-over to a person and topic restrictions. You are responsible for the answers you approve or allow to be sent automatically to your customers.
5. Availability and support
We work to keep the service always available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or due to third-party failures (for example Meta or AWS). Support by email at hello@inscius.es on working days.
6. Liability
Our total liability to you for any cause is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR)
For the data of your end customers, you are the controller and InScius S.L. the processor. We undertake to:
- process the data only to provide the service and according to your documented instructions (your account settings);
- ensure the confidentiality of staff with access;
- apply the security measures described in the privacy policy;
- use only the sub-processors listed there, notifying you 30 days in advance of any change so you can object;
- help you handle data subjects' requests and notify you of security breaches without undue delay;
- when the contract ends, delete or return the data, at your choice, within 90 days;
- make available the information needed to demonstrate compliance.
8. Changes and termination
If we change these terms we will notify you by email 30 days in advance. You can close your account at any time. We may close accounts that breach these terms.
9. Governing law
Spanish law. Courts of Madrid.
