How to delete your data

If you use the Atendia dashboard

1. If you have a subscription, cancel it in Plan & billing.
2. Write to hello@inscius.es from your account email with the subject “Delete my account”.
3. We delete your account, workspace, documents, conversations and WhatsApp tokens within 30 days and confirm by email. Invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires.

If you wrote to a business that uses Atendia

1. Ask the business itself (it is the controller of your data).
2. Or write to hello@inscius.es with the business name and your WhatsApp number. We pass the request on and, once the business confirms, delete your messages and contact details.

If you connected your Meta account

To remove Atendia's access to your WhatsApp Business account: in Atendia, Channels → Disconnect(we delete the token immediately) and, in Meta Business, Settings → Business integrations → remove “inSCIUS Atendia”.
